Thanks for visiting our booth at the 50+ Expo!

We had a great turnout at our booth at the 50+ Expo, held on June 7 & 8, at the Exhibition Park, 200 Prospect Road, Halifax. Our booth featured the current research in our laboratory, complete with hands-on demonstrations and staff who answered many good questions about aging, how it affects us and what currently is recommended to help keep our brains sharp! We also had a great response to our draw for “One Hour with a Memory Expert”, with over 300 entries.  It was exciting to see how much interest there is in this area and we look forward to working with our volunteers to learn more and improve on ways to enhance cognitive fitness.  The expo is an annual event, featuring different exhibitions about lifestyle, health and services for seniors in Nova Scotia. With events like the 50+ Expo, we appreciated the opportunity to showcase our research and invite you to learn more and perhaps to get involved. We are looking forward to seeing you at future 50+ Expos and other events – keep an eye on our website for this and other activities in which we are involved!
